This project aims to detect and alert when a truck is overloaded, helping to prevent road accidents, reduce vehicle wear, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Working Principle: The system uses a load cell (with an HX711 amplifier) to measure the weight loaded onto a truck or platform. The measured weight is processed by the Arduino UNO microcontroller, which compares it to a predefined weight limit. If the weight exceeds the threshold, the system triggers a buzzer and LED alert, and the current weight and status are shown on an I2C LCD display.
